How does a mastermind group work?

The term “mastermind” may be unfamiliar, however, it is a powerful tool that any person can use to take their personal development to the next level.

Napoleon Hill describes it well in his book Think and Grow Rich.

“Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose… No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind.”

Simply put, two minds are better than one.

Mastermind Groups are open to all. Some masterminds are groups of people in the same business category or company. Some are people in the same role as one another. Some are a combination of all different career paths and leadership levels.

Our mastermind groups are done almost exclusively in the virtual setting. The only exception is when a group is formed exclusively for a business. We find that it allows for people to attend without the hassle of travel time and from the comfort of their own space.

Our masterminds last 8 to 10 weeks depending on the topic. Click the link below if you are interested in joining a mastermind or think your business or company would benefit from one.
